PNDS is building the skills of remote communities, whilst providing infrastructure to remote communities, said Minister for State Administration Jorge Teme.
“You need to take good care of these state facilities, you cannot damage them, as these facilities will help your activity to develop your Village. These state facilities are yours, we hope that with PNDS program, you will be able to build much more in your village”.”
