The Third Phase of the National Village Development Program (PNDS) that is running in 202 villages has begun the process of procurement and mobilizing workers.

Suku Tokoluli, a pilot suku, used their first PNDS grant to build a new water tank for the village.
Pilot phase suku are currently holding accountability meetings with the community, the twelfth and final step in the PNDS implementation process.
The community of Ponilala are constructing three community centres, using a rotating employment roster to ensure the whole community has the opportunity to earn money.
