The President of the Oecusse Ambeno Special Administrative Region Authority (RAEOA) and Special Zone for Social Market Economy (ZEESM) symbolically inaugurated 19 PNDS Program Projects in the Administrative Post of Pante-Macassar-Oecusse (23 April 2015).

In Oecusse the President of the RAEOA Autoridade and ZEESM, Mari Alkatiri, visited Bobocasse Village to inaugurate two additional classrooms in the Fatu-Bijae Primary School, as a symbolical representation of the other PNDS projects being implemented in Pante-Macassar-Oecusse.

As part of this inauguration the President of the Authority expressed his deep appreciation for this Government Program because the implementation of this program will be managed by the village and sub-village communities themselves.

“In the past I only heard about it, now I have had the opportunity to see firsthand that the community can do it by themselves, this is important”, said Mari Alkatiri, the President of the RAEO Authority and ZEESM.

The teachers are happy because the PNDS Program project really benefits them.
